X rocket is a new generation of large thrust launch vehicle in China,in order to verify the correctness of design ideas and booster separation structure design,ensure the coordination and separation reliability of the booster separation structure,we need to carry out booster ground separation test.Booster separation test of X rocket is the initial development stage of the overall large-scale ground test,at the same time,it is the largest separation test on ground.This test project has a strong technical exploration,a complex system,a tight schedule,a wide range of organization and coordination.The risk management research on the booster separation test can ensure the completion of the test on time,safety and reliability,meet the technical requirements,and to promote the practice of risk management of large-scale ground test.First of all,this article introduces the whole process of the booster separation test,analyzes the risk characteristics of booster separation tes t according to the characteristics of the test,the risk sources of the experiment are predicted,Stage division of the test process and work breakdown,make the test the risk management plan.Then set up a risk management team.FMEA method was used to identify the risk process of the experiment.,using brainstorming to identify the failure modes of each phase of the test process,the scores of severity,occurrence degree,and measure of the degree of exploration were designed,the risk priority number(RPN)was calculated by the expert scoring system,and according to the numerical size of the sort,identify major risk factors.Finally,according to the identified risks to formulat e corresponding measures,the ranking and the failure mode severity of larger measures,the risk priority number(RPN)decreased,measure effect is obvious.Subsequent trials continue to use FMEA method to analysis of risk identification,to find out the risk factors to take measures to reduce the risk to acceptable levels,and continue to monitor the process of risk.This study systematically for the first time the risk management into the ground in the separation test,the scientific and effective of the booster separation test process of the risk management,And explore a set of suitable ground test method of risk management,for similar project reference aerospace test.
