Risk Management Research On Ultra-high Pressure Gas Discharge Lamp R&D Project

Many enterprises have chosen Localization development pattern as a new product development mode,as most risks handled by local team.A lot of professional lighting company chose this pattern as well,therefore has a broad market foundation.Nevertheless,due to risk management gap exists between our countries and abroad,a lot of control risk behind during this course.Therefore,to establish a risk management process for Ultra-high pressure(UHP)lamp is very meaningful and important.Refer to mature risk management theory,this paper comes up with a set of concise system model;establish a risk management Process that fit into Shanghai PTC Corp.By means of carding current risk management method from Shanghai PTC Corp.First,by means of Brainstorming and expert judgement method to identify risk as much as possible during each project milestones,list out the potential risk analysis sheet.Secondly,screening out key risk factors via fish-bone diagram.Applying FMEA(Failure Mode and Effect Analysis)to give quantitative analysis on key risk factors,scoring the Severity S,Occurrence O,Detection D,then calculating the risk priority number RPN.With respect to RPN,relevant risk response plan will deployed.Afterwards,PDCA approach has been selected to monitor and control risk management process.Finally,this thesis designs a risk management process,which is suitable for Shanghai PTC Corp risk management on UHP development project.At last,this paper conducts a case study in order to show the validity of this risk management process.Through a review of implementation effect,discovering the upgrade of Risk management Maturity and quality of personnel,meanwhile,downgrade Risk level.The article designs a process,which is suitable for risk management on UHP development project,it will be helpful and a reference to other similar projects.
