Directed against the actual conditions of the north of HanTing District,WeiFang, the text has systematically studied the problems that exist in engineering construction and management of water supply of urban and rural areas. The present situation and research dynamic status of water supply of urban and rural areas of such countries as U.S.A,Germany,Britain,etc.,have been elaborated in this text. So have domestic present situation and research dynamic status of water supply of urban and rural areas.Directed against the water object of the north of HanTing District, WeiFang, the text has calculated the demand of water, confirmed the feasible scale of the project and theoretically carried on reliability demonstration in the text. Against the quality of original water and the users' requirement of water quality, the text has chosen the reliable water-purified craft. To the water-purified craft chosen, the building of water-purified plants, pump station for fetching water and the pipe network for inputting and distributing water, the text has dissertated in such aspects as programming, designing and constructing etc..And the text has all made detailed explanation to new technology, new material used in the project. Against such factors as the investment and scale of the project, the text has analyzed and calculated to water price and has separately carried on the analysis of economic benefits, financial appraisal and overall appraisal. All indexes are within rational range and economic benefits, social benefit and environment benefit are all remarkable. Against management and operation of the project, the text has explored models of management and put forward a particular, feasible model of management that is the combination of "united management" and "independent management".
