Roof engineering is a branch of the construction project,and is an important part of the housing construction,the quality of the roof engineering directly impacts on the quality of the life of the building.For roof engineering,waterproof is the most important factor affecting the using function of the building,and it is a link in the construction project which is very easy to appear quality problems.For traditional upright-put roof form,the waterproof layer is arranged on above of the thermal insulation layer,waterproof materials are directly exposed in the outer,susceptible to UV radiation,external shocks and climatic conditions,reducing the life of the waterproof material and making the roof waterproof effect decreased greatly.In order to improve the waterproof effect of the roof,the inverted roof form has been paid more attention to and researched.The fundamental difference between the inverted roof and the upright-put roof is the location of the thermal insulation layer.For inverted roof,the waterproof layer is arranged under the thermal insulation layer,which has a good protective effect to the waterproof layer,and ensure the waterproof effect of the roof,while extend the service life of the waterproof material.Due to the thermal insulation material itself has a good thermal insulation performance,while the dense waterproof layer of the roof is also helpful to the insulation function,so the inverted roof form has a good thermal insulation performance.This paper,through the analysis of multi-angle performance of the inverted roof,provides theoretical basis for the popularization and application of inverted roof in China.This paper carries out compare and analysis between the upright-put roof and the inverted roof from the aspects of structure design,thermal performance,waterproof quality,and uses ANSYS thermal analysis module of roof insulation performance of steady two-dimensional numerical analysis,some conclusions are drawn,namely compared with the upright-put roof,the inverted roof has a simpler structure,better thermal insulation and waterproof effect,in addition it also reflects the functions of energy-saving,environmental protection and so on.Finally,through the engineering practical cases,the paper carries out compare and analysis between the upright-put roof and the inverted roof from the multiple perspectives such as the thermal insulation performance,waterproof performance,construction method and project benefit,to recognize the significance of the actual value of wide spread application of inverted roof in the construction,and through the calculation and analysis,the paper draws some conclusions for practical engineering design reference.
