Comprehensive Transportation Planning Yingkou Coastal Industrial Zone Strategy

With the deepening reform of the economic system,Yingkou City,Liaoning Province,strengthened the construction and development of coastal industrial parks,especially the layout and establishment of Liaoning "five-point line" coastal economic belt,which marks the connection between Yingkou city with world in economic system.The coastal industrial zone of Yingkou city is divided into three phases,the construction of 44 square kilometers has been completed in the first phase,the two phase of 71.78 square kilometers is the next five to ten years of focus on the development and construction area,three phase reservation and adjustment,planning for the upgrading and development of space,the focus of the study of comprehensive transportation planning one and two regions.The city of Yingkou is a typical waterfront City,and the shape is ribbon and groups.The coastal industrial zone of Yingkou City is not only an important development node on the ribbon shape,,but also has a typical shape of ribbon group,the specific features are mainly the two aspects of the city's ribbon shape and groups development.namely the transit traffic and city traffic are concentrated in the same space,there are many kinds of traffic patterns on the axis of urban ribbon development,the traffic characteristics between the groups and their traffic are different because of the different functions and layout of the city.In recent years,with the rapid development of social economy and urban morphology,a lot of urban traffic problems have appeared in the coastal industrial areas.such as the lack of regional transportation infrastructure,the irrational setting of the public transport system in the industrial area and the need to improve the freight transportation system need to be solved urgently.Green traffic is a "people-oriented" and sustainable development of the traffic concept,it requires both the coordinated development of the internal transport system,but also requires traffic and ecological environment and resource efficiency of a harmonious coexistence.The construction of new urban areas is also an important manifestation of social development to a certain stage,and coincides with the development concept of green transportation.The development of new urban areas has an urgent need for green transportation planning and construction.Therefore,in order to realize the urban development goal of the coastal eco science and Technology City,Yingkou's coastal industrial zone must also formulate a scientific green transportation plan.In this paper,through the analysis of Yingkou's natural and geographical conditions,social economy and transportation development trend,combined with the regional planning and traffic survey data,qualitative and quantitative analysis on the comprehensive transportation demand and development of coastal industrial zone,The concept of regional transportation overall planning and development and the planning concept of urban traffic green development are determined,The concept of regional transportation overall planning and development and the planning concept of urban traffic green development are determined,Considering the whole region,according to the traffic development trend to green transportation and sustainable development as the fundamental,the production and life of mutual integration,to give priority to the development of public transport as the way,which meet the needs of the production and living of the green traffic planning strategy.
