Research On Parking Facilities Planning Of Huanggang City Center From The Perspective Of Green Transportation

China is in the process of rapid development of urbanization,and the level of urban motorization is still improving.The increase of vehicle ownership not only brings convenience to residents,but also causes urban traffic congestion,environmental pollution and parking difficulties.In the new era,the requirements of implementing the concept of green development and the progress of science and technology also change people's choice of travel mode.The construction of the concept of green transportation gradually affects people's traffic behavior.In addition to the road traffic organization of vehicle driving state,parking facilities planning is also an important content of urban traffic system to be considered,and the organization of static traffic also affects the dynamic traffic efficiency to a certain extent.Huanggang city is a small and medium-sized city with rapid development.Due to the limitations of traditional parking facilities planning,the current parking facilities fail to adapt well to the changes of vehicle ownership,urban traffic growth demand,urban life employment and travel mode in the rapid development of the city,which makes the urban parking problem particularly prominent in the central urban area of Huanggang.In today's society advocating sustainable development,it is of great significance to guide the construction of parking facilities to meet the requirements of green traffic development and promote the sustainable traffic development with low carbon and high efficiency.Based on this background,according to the relevant theoretical research,this paper holds that green transportation is a comprehensive transportation system that can achieve the ecological environment-friendly,healthy and sustainable development of the city,and can ensure the travel efficiency and low carbon as the main goal under the macro guidance of the concept of sustainable development,and take the TOD development mode of public transport priority as the main way to achieve the four green development of green transportation Exhibition characteristics,and then explore the green development mode of parking facilities planning,the research is divided into three parts.The first part is the background and theoretical research.Firstly,the research background,research purpose and significance are described,and the related concept foundation of green transportation,research progress at home and abroad and parking cases at home and abroad are analyzed,as the theoretical basis of urban parking facilities planning method from the perspective of green transportation,and the development and changes of current parking facilities planning are summarized.The second part is the theoretical analysis of green traffic guiding parking planning.Based on the background and theoretical research,combing the concept connotation of green traffic,putting forward the development characteristics of green traffic development,green traffic environment,green vehicles and green traffic management,and infiltrating them into the parking facility planning,summarizing the connection points of green traffic concept and proposed facility planning,and further constructing the green traffic concept in parking facility planning Guidance requirements in each content.The third part is practical research.Taking the parking facilities planning project of Huanggang downtown as an example,the parking demands,parking problems and other current situations of Huanggang downtown are found out through parking survey and current situation survey.On this basis,the layout of parking facilities planning in Huanggang City Center is arranged,the concept of green transportation is permeated,and the improvement plan is put forward.Through the background theory analysis-green parking theory analysis-green parking practice application,strengthen the guidance path of green traffic concept to urban parking facilities planning.On the one hand,it explores the application of green traffic concept in parking facilities planning,on the other hand,it tries to open up a green road to alleviate parking problems for small and medium-sized cities such as Huanggang City.
