| Faced with the pressure of energy crisis and environmental pollution,new energy vehicles have been extensively researched and developed.Among them,electric vehicles have the advantage of zero emission,zero pollution,and have developed rapidly recent years.However,there is a problem of slow charging,short mileage,low reliability of the battery and short life of the electric vehicle.In this paper,the study of powertrain energy flow test of electric vehicle is carried out.The research of energy flow of electric vehicle powertrain is to analyze the energy transfer process from battery to different components in different conditions.The research of energy flow study the energy transformation and transfer process in the perspective of integration.This study can optimize the matching of powertrain components and improve the efficiency of the components,providing guidance for the design of powertrain and its thermal management system.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)The basic components and characteristics of powertrain components are analyzed,and the efficiency characteristics of each component of powertrain as well.The loss model of battery,MCU and motor are respectively established.The relevant parameters affecting the battery,MCU and motor loss are analyzed.(2)Requirement analysis of function,measuring parameters and technique of the test platform.Architecture design of the test platform is carried out,and the test conditions of the test platform are obtained through vehicle dynamics.(3)Hardware system development of the test platform.The component selection and calibration of the powertrain module,heat exchange module,charge/discharge module,control module and data acquisition model.(4)Programming of the control program and data acquisition program.Including the CAN data transceiver module and temperature acquisition module running on FPGA,the CAN data transmission module,CAN data handling module,CAN data analysis module and data storage module running in the main program.(5)The integration and debugging of the test platform.(6)The energy flow test of electric vehicle powertrain was carried out on the test platform.The input and output,energy loss and energy efficiency of each component of the powertrain were tested under different working conditions.The data of temperature rise,energy loss and energy balance under different working conditions were studied.The influencing factors were analyzed to provide reference for the design and optimization of the electric vehicle powertrain. |
