| With the rapid development of urbanization, traditional arrangement of pipelines can-not meet the requirement of faultlessly operation of cities, thus utility tunnel emerges at the right moment. Recently, China begins to construct our own utility tunnel, referring to foreign experience. Meanwhile, Chinese government also issues series of policies and regulations. How to use those to guide planning, designing and constructing? In this dis-sertation, systematic designing and calculation have been done according to regulations,based on construction example of utility tunnel of Gongyebei Road in Jinan.The main contents of this dissertation are described as follows:Types and arrangement principle of pipelines are confirmed according to actual en-gineering data. This paper investigates principles of plan and longitudinal placement, and designs structure of key notes. Actual need of pipelines and standard section of tunnel are provided based on the planning of local pipeline networks.Three typical parts are chosen to represent the whole tunnel structure. Under the Midas GTS NX platform, tunnel structure and foundation soil model has been built to calculate the ultimate limit state and earthquake accidental effect. Considering tamping foundation soil and concrete cushion, this paper modifies the finite element model and analyses the influence to tunnel of different depth of underground water. Utility tunnel structure health monitoring system is presented to guarantee the safety and service ability of tunnel. Monitoring contents and variables are provided and levels of tunnel health monitoring system are proposed to be decided by levels of tunnels. This paper stipulates the fundamental functions of utility tunnel structure health monitoring system and suggests the placement of measure points and selection principle of sensors.With the assistance of Lizheng Deep Excavation Designing software, this paper de-signs and calculates the programs for excavation protecting. |
