Nowadays,with the continuous development of society,the advancement of urban construction is also accelerating,there has set off a wave of urban utility tunnel construction in China.Uurban utility tunnel is joint-use underground facility that may contain multiple utilities such as water supply,sewerage,gas,central heating,electrical power,communications,and industry in various combinations or in some cases all together.It is an important infrastructure and "lifeline" for ensuring urban operation.However,urban utility tunnel is a closed space under the ground,which contains a variety of pipelines and other electrical equipment,it’s essential for the environmental safety issues within the urban utility tunnel.This paper analyzes the development and research status of the environmental monitoring system of urban utility tunnel in domestic and foreign and completes the following work.This article analyzes the system functional requirements and designs an integrated utility tunnel environment monitoring subsystem based on STM32.The subsystem uses the STM32F103C8T6 chip as the main control module to realize the collection of temperature,humidity and methane gas concentration.The subsystem software transplants FreeRTOS system and FreeModbus protocol to complete the real-time transmission of collected data,then transmitted to the PLC controller through Modbus communication.The PLC controller determines whether utility tunnel ambient temperature,humidity,methane gas concentration is in the normal range or not,abnormal will turn on the fan.This paper applies the B/S design pattern so that users could easily access the system through the browser on the computer,using JavaBean+Struts+Jsp to build the basic framework of the Web front end,utilizing Struts MVC design pattern to separate transaction processing and display page,deploying the software design of the entire system on Tomcat server,storing and reading the entire system data in MySQL server.The human-computer interaction interface of this system adopts the web front-end page,and designs the utility tunnel partition management page,parameter management page,and equipment management page,so as to implement remote control and the real-time display of environmental parameters.The system designed in this paper should accomplish that environmental monitoring subsystem collects environmental parameters of urban utility tunnels by sensors,thendisplay the environmental parameters in real-time and dynamic on the Web front-end page,at the same time,complete the remote control of equipment.Finished the design and testing of the hardware and software of system.The test results show that the modules of the system work normally,achieve the monitoring of the internal environment of urban utility tunnel and the expected design goals.
