Research On The Livable Evaluation System Of The Traditional Dwellings In The Northeast Of China Based On Analytic Hierarchy Process

With the national "12th Five-Year" science and technology support projects for the construction of the traditional village of multiple concern and support,the protection of vernacular architecture has made some progress.In this context,the protection and inheritance of the traditional dwellings in the northeast of China has shown a trend of recovery.Under the dual influence of cold weather conditions and regional national culture,the traditional dwellings in the Northeast formed a unique architectural form.After the reform and opening up,with the rapid economic development of the northeast,the traditional forms of residential hard to cope with the modernization of production and life,coupled with the toiling masses eager to get rid of poverty demands,the destruction of traditional houses in the Northeast continues.In recent years,along with our country to the national culture soft strength enhancement,the protection of traditional dwellings in the no rtheast of China has been further developed,although the work is ongoing,but cannot make up for the modern science and technology for the traditional dwellings hit.According to the research situation,the key to the spread of traditional dwellings lies in the performance of their lives and whether this performance can change with the times to adapt to the needs of production and life.Thus,only by improving the living performance of traditional houses,can we restore the vitality of traditional houses in Northeast china.In addition,the protection mode of the traditional houses in the northeast of China is still not perfect,and it is lack of unified and targeted evaluation system and management system.From a macro perspective,in order to cope with the loss of traditional residential areas in Northeast China,we should establish the evaluation system of traditional dwellings in Northeast China,and build the foundation of the protection system,and guide the audience recognition of the importance of traditional houses.This paper from the perspective of livable,Through the investigation of traditional dwellings in some traditional villages in Heilongjiang Province,Jilin province and Liaoning Province,as well as the relevant literature and normative research,sorted out the related influencing factors of the traditional dwellings in the northeast of China,and using AHP analytic hierarchy process and questionnaire survey method to select and weight scoring the livability evaluation index through several rounds of feedback of expert questionnaires,constructed the index system to adapt to the traditional dwellings in Northeast china.On this basis,Yaahp software is used to calculate the data and consistency of the evaluation index,and finally establish the evaluation system of the traditional dwellings in the northeast of China.In this paper,the application of related software not only improves the efficiency of the research work,but also ensures the authenticity of the evaluation data.Finally,this paper using Established evaluation system to experimental evaluate traditional dwellings on Wulajie Jilin city and according to the evaluation results to put forward the corresponding improvement strategies applicable to validate the performance evaluatio n system has been formed.
