Construction And Empirical Analysis Of Livability Evaluation System In Urban Residential Areas

As people pay more and more attention to the problems of human settlements and settlements,research on livable cities and livable environment continues to deepen.The landscape of urban settlements is an important part of livable environment construction and plays a crucial role in the improvement of human settlements and the construction of livable cities.Researches on the evaluation system of urban residential landscapes and their research methods have emerged.This study first compares and summarizes the predecessor's livable community environmental assessment system,and addresses the deficiencies in the predecessor's construction of the environmental assessment system,and establishes a green environment,construction environment,traffic environment,and public services through the analytic hierarchy process.There are four major categories of facilities,including hierarchical evaluation index systems for building density,floor area ratio,and road network width in 15 subcategories;and a comprehensive research method that combines subjective evaluation methods and field investigation methods is typical for urban settlements in Taiyuan City.In each plot,an example was verified and analyzed.Subjective feelings of residents were surveyed through survey questionnaires,subjective factor evaluation data were obtained,and the plant community diversity,richness,evenness,road network density,road connectivity,and other factors were surveyed on site.The objective factors such as plant collocation and road accessibility in residential areas were evaluated.The typical nine community landscapes in Taiyuan City were evaluated and analyzed.Finally,the status quo of urban landscapes in Taiyuan City and the causes of these landscapes were summarized and analyzed,and thus the urban living in Taiyuan was evaluated.The improvement of the district's environment has made targeted improvements.It provides a reference for the construction of a livable community environmental assessment system in the future,and provides a scientific basis for the construction and 'management of a livable community environment.
