Modern Livability Evaluation Of Huizhou Traditional Dwellings

Huizhou traditional dwellings are representative Chinese traditional dwellings formed under the dual effects of Huizhou culture and natural environment.With the rapid development of society and economy,the existing forms and functions of traditional dwellings are difficult to meet the needs of modern production and life.People blindly follow renovation construction,lack of indoor infrastructure,traditional building materials in durability and basic performance can not be compared with modern materials and other factors,which make traditional houses not only threatened by external factors,but also subject to self constraints,and difficult to cope with the modern livability needs of contemporary society.Throughout the ancient and modern times,the key to the spread of traditional dwellings lies in whether their living performance is livable and whether they can meet the needs of production and life.Therefore,the livability of traditional dwellings is the key to the protection of dwellings.The National Rural Revitalization strategy proposed by the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China requires the modernization of traditional local culture.In this context,the traditional houses widely distributed in villages and towns are faced with many problems,such as the protection and utilization ways and methods required by the new era,especially the modern livability of traditional houses.Therefore,the establishment of modern livability evaluation system of Huizhou dwellings,the promotion of modern livability of Huizhou dwellings,and the realization of modern transformation of Huizhou dwellings are the strong support for the implementation of Rural Revitalization Strategy and characteristic urban and rural construction.Based on the on-the-spot investigation of traditional houses in traditional villages and historical and cultural protection blocks in Huizhou,combined with relevant literature and normative reading and research,this paper carries out the investigation on the modern livability of traditional houses in Huizhou,summarizes people’s demands for the modern livability of traditional houses in Huizhou,and summarizes the relevant influencing factors of the modern livability of traditional houses in Huizhou,The evaluation factors of modern livability are determined according to the standard;AHP and questionnaire are introduced to analyze the feasibility of modern livability evaluation factors,and the factors are transformed into evaluation indexes;This paper introduces AHP and Delphi method to screen the livability evaluation index.Through several rounds of expert consultation,it collects experts’ opinions and suggestions on the evaluation index system,and finally constructs the evaluation index system.On this basis,we collect the experts’ scoring data for weighting calculation and consistency test,and correspond the indicators with the weights one by one to establish the final evaluation system of modern livability of Huizhou traditional dwellings.This paper uses the modern livability evaluation system to evaluate the traditional dwellings in Huizhou at xiejiadawu,Qimen West Street and No.9,Youheng street,East Street.According to the evaluation scores,the livability degree of the dwellings is graded,and the corresponding improvement and reconstruction strategies are put forward to verify the overall application level of the modern livability evaluation system of traditional dwellings in Huizhou.Figure [25] Table [30] Reference [62]...
