In recent years,China has proposed a series of development strategies such as "beautiful rural construction" and "village revitalization." It has gradually attached importance to the development of rural areas,and strives to improve the living conditions of traditional dwellings and improve the quality of dwellings.Among them,a large minority Ethnic areas are top priorities.This research focuses on traditional Tibetan-style dwellings in Heishui County,Aba Prefecture.Through multiple in-depth investigations and field surveys,combining the natural environment,architectural characteristics,and cultural beliefs of Tibetan areas,the existing evaluation criteria for livable cities are summarized.And some scholars put forward the criteria for livability of rural dwellings,and concluded a system suitable for the evaluation of livability of traditional Tibetan dwellings.Then by comparing the advantages and disadvantages of BIM technology and traditional CAD technology,the optimization factors and optimized operation procedures in the livability evaluation of traditional Tibetan-style dwellings based on BIM are proposed.Through the field survey of traditional Tibetan dwellings in Heishui County,the current status of traditional Tibetan dwellings in Shabangou Village,Luhua Town,Heishui County is explored.The in-depth analysis of surveying and mapping data using BIM technology reveals that the specific problems are: The economic development under the influence of the environment is lagging,the industrial structure is single,the villagers' income is low,and it is difficult to meet the needs of modern living;the transportation is inconvenient,the travel is difficult,and it is difficult to organically integrate urban life with the village;Waste of functional space;poor indoor lighting,especially on a floor with few windows,almost all relying on artificial lighting;severe winter,old thermal insulation measures lead to faster indoor heat loss;excessively thick walls,narrow windows and doors It will affect the indoor ventilation and make the air cloudy.Combining the specific problems obtained from the analysis,measures for optimizing the livability of traditional Tibetan-style dwellings are proposed.The specific measures are: protect the existing structure of the village,change the single industrial structure,develop a diversified industry,and promote economic growth;release the functional space of the village,shape the village boundary,streets,public activities and other spaces;update the layout of the residential house and adjust the indoor function Partition,reactivate the idle houses to improve a reasonable and comfortable environment;improve indoor lighting by 30%-120% by optimizing indoor finishes,hollowing out door panels,and improving the addition of lighting equipment;by increasing the insulation structure in the wall and replacing the house Measures such as doors and windows,changing heating methods,etc.improve the indoor thermal insulation performance by 1-2 times;optimize the indoor wind environment by increasing ventilation openings,adding mechanical ventilation,and raising semi-underground buildings.
