Design And Implementation Of Flight Control Data Relay System Based On ADB/IMB Bus

Flight Control Data Relay System(FCDRS)is an important components of a large passenger aircraft Flight Control System Ground Simulation Equipment(FCSGSE).The system is mainly designed for tasks related to ADB/IMB data bus related tasks including data collection,data analysis and data distribution.FCSGSE is a multi-system synthetical experimental platform,which is applied to experiments and simulations on flight control,hydraulic,avionics,landing gear and other aircraft systems.The equipment is important in reducing R&D cost,shorting the development cycle and finding design defects.In fact,there are lots of subsystem and large amount of data,so we need to design data relay system to implement the functions of data collection,data analysis and data processing.In the first place,a reasonable blueprint of the whole system is carried out according to the requirement of the project and the system function.Besides,the implementations of time synchronization,memory sharing and network data transmission are considered simultaneously.Secondly,the hardware devices are selected appropriately based on the system design and the performance requirement.The IPC,ADB/IMB board,NI PCI-1588 clock synchronization board,GE PCI-5565 reflective memory card and NI PCI-6733 DA board are chosen to establish the hardware platform.Afterwards,the software system which meets the functional and performance requirements is implemented according to the system design.Through the modular design,the functions such as system initialization,network transmission,data collection,data analysis and data distribution are achieved.The second-level list search algorithm based on the hash search algorithm is designed to realize the high efficiency and accuracy of large data analysis.Finally,the FCDRS is connected to FCSGSE and experiments and verifications are conducted.Both function and performance are considered in the experiments and this paper shows the final results,which verifies the correctness and feasibility of the entire system design.
