In our country,the existing building has a vast area,and most of it is a building of energy consumption,and the energy consumption is very large.Related data show that China’s annual increase in the construction area,the energy saving construction area accounted for only the new total area of 3%--5%.Non energy saving building has a large area,the new area is increasing year by year,and large public buildings energy consumption indicators remain high.From the case of Beijing,large public buildings,construction area per square meter of electricity consumption up to 100-350 KW.h,which is equivalent to the town of 10-15 times per square meter of residential electricity consumption.Through literature,interviews and other methods,in-depth research and Analysis on existing research work on non energy saving building renovation in Tangshan region in recent years,focuses on building energy-saving technologies and economic comparison of two aspects of implementation scheme in-depth investigation.Easy to find: the existing building energy saving transformation,not only is the energy saving and emission reduction requirements,but also to improve the living environment of a part.In this paper,building energy-saving in Tangshan City as a reference,using computer simulation software De ST-c analysis concludes some retrofit scheme for building periphery protection structure and the different thickness of the insulation layer of building energy-saving effect,combined with the budget to calculate the optimal thickness of the insulation layer,the comparison of scientific various programs economic and financial recovery.This paper takes Tangshan City Changle garden district two transform both energy-efficient construction results as an example,the heat conduction coefficient of external protection structure before and after modified were analyzed by real-time field detection,detection of the site using the heat flow meter method exists in non heating period has great limitations,the detected result error.Then the correction method is proposed to solve this problem,the success of the detection of errors in the field at any time reduced to less than 5.5%.Comprehensive and scientific to ensure that test results,and the thermal defects before and after modified demonstration project conducted field testing and analysis using infrared thermography,based on energy saving design standard of transformation before and after the construction of heat consumption index and the index of coal consumption for heating design.
