The number of Hakka ancient dwellings is huge. Now in the contemporary society,with the reconstruction and maintenance matters, Hakka ancient dwellings are often unsatisfactory reconstructions. Now the era of traditional residential function, space,ideas, and so on have changed, the transformation of our ancient houses designed to put forward different requirements. In order to design more in line with the modern aesthetic beauty of people, the environment, the author strived to achieve more suitable for modern people living in the countryside which based on a large number of field mapping and extensive collection of documents of the Fujian ancient dwellings.Due to the successful application of Hakka, Hakka has been called the world's attention, which led to the development of the ancient dwellings. Because of different ancient dwellings and cultural relics protection of the earth, they can be repaired and renovated which had been exposed a lot of problems. Firstly, the Hakka people found the transfer process, and found out the Hakka people's history environment. We tried to learn from the landscape design, human behavior and psychological support of architectural theory, focused on Optimization Strategies of ancient houses renovation of Fujian. Finally, this paper made a summary of ancient dwellings in transformation:Theory and method support architecture and interior design principle, combined with the actual situation of ancient houses, created a comfortable living space, combined with the current pension reform method, the only way the ancient heritage and we would get closer.This paper had put forward the specific theoretical recommendations on how to transform the ancient folk houses in the external and internal dimensions. It went through the practice of the case to describe the design of ancient dwellings. These research results would have certain practical guiding significance for the transformation of ancient houses in the present.
