The Research On The Mode Of Developing Ancient Residence Houses In Industrial Way

With China entry into the critical period of building a moderately prosperous society in all aspects, culture has become important source of national cohesion and creativity, particularly the rapid development of economy, the transformation of development mode, make people expressed a strong desire for the rich cultural life. The ancient residences are the physical carrier of Chinese traditional culture. Thus the development of the ancient residences becomes the social issue of concern. This article takes "development" as its study perspective, focusing on why to develop the ancient residences and how to develop it in the paper. Among them why to develop the ancient residences, the author mainly explain it in the introduction from five aspects, which are the development of the industry from culture, the tourism of booming development, the rapid development of the national economy, the resident’s consumption and the change of the way cultural heritage protection in the introduction. And how to develop the ancient residences, as a central part of the article, the author centers on the "industrialization", drawn upon the experience from home and abroad, taking Jinggang ancient town as the research object, establish industrialization development mode, and the mode is extended. The content is mainly distributed in the second and the third part of the article. In the second part, the author introduced protection of the ancient dwellings and development situation both at home and abroad. According to the situation, the author proposed some suggestions of our country ancient dwellings development by emphasizing two points. Firstly, the ancient residences development not only want to reflect the ancient residences own values, but also need to pay attention to the surrounding environment protection and development of the ancient residences, with the cultural environment and natural environment effectively combined. Secondly, protecting the ancient residences is not a personal behavior. It must be integrated with the social from all walks of life to complete the power, in the process of the development of giving full play to the government, enterprises, media and local residents in the role of the ancient dwellings of industrialization development more reasonable. In the third section, first of all, with assessment of the value of cultural resources in Jinggang town, to determine its with industrialization development value, and to clear the resource advantages and disadvantages in the process of evaluation, so that during development to make full use of; secondly, the author propose a definite development pattern according to the results of the evaluation and the policy of the government. Take the Jinggang ancient town as an example, because the municipal government of Changsha and Wangcheng city government has been planning for tourism development of urban tourism, it is an important feature of this region. The author taking the Tourism Development as a background, in the development process from product, market, marketing three aspects to establish development pattern:In regard of products, they should be made with local characteristics, establishing the traditional process of the product brand; In terms of marketing, we should take hunan media as advantage, develop the province market to domestic market, even the international market; In the marketing way, according to their own conditions of the ancient town Jinggang and geographic location, establish the tourism industrial cluster region in Wangcheng, with Jinggang、Tongguan、Qiaokou as the core, combining scientific research resources of the university city of Changsha university city, to establish reputation for Jinggang ancient town in this way and improve the development level of the Jinggang ancient town.Ancient residential development is a long-term and arduous process, which is the important way of inheritance of Chinese traditional culture and the protection and inheritance cultural heritage. In the development process of the ancient residences, we should know that the development of ancient house is based on protection, no matter what kind of development mode it is all for the ancient house can be preserved, so that future generations can not only see the real things not image or pictures, but also feel our ancestors intelligence in real way, which can strengthen their national pride. In the process of development remain a creating the future cultural heritage mentality, adhere to the principle of sustainable development way, making the value of the ancient residence get sufficient used.
