With the rapid development of China's civil aviation industry in recent years,the number of aircraft,flight density and airspace flow are increasing.The relative flight procedures also need to constantly optimize to meet the increasingly high requirements of the civil aviation industry.However,there is no prescribed evaluation method for the comparison between flight procedures.So it is of great significance to show directly how the optimized flight procedures affect the aviation operation from the specific point of view.This paper specifically discussed the safety,efficiency,fuel consumption,and exhaust emissions of the airport and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the optimized program compared with the original procedure from the perspective of security,economic benefit and environmental benefit.First of all,the paper optimized the design based on the relevant provisions of the DOC8168 document of ICAO and the development needs of the airport in Mangshi,Yunnan and the problems in the procedure,and get new optimized flight procedures.Then,in the aspect of aeronautical operational safety,the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process(AHP)model established from the three perspectives of flight procedures,tower commands,and aircraft performance.Experts determined the weights and degrees of membership to calculate the safety of the original program and the optimized program.Score.Then use the CRM model to calculate the collision risk between the pre-and post-optimization procedures in the intermediate and final approach phases,and further prove the results of the analytic hierarchy process.Then to analyze the fuel consumption characteristics of the aircraft rely on the data from QAR and according to the grey correlation degree,the factors which have a great influence on fuel consumption in flight are selected.The fuel consumption of the new program is compared with that of the original program by using the vector regression machine of MATLAB through SVM to simulate and calculate the fuel consumption of the new program.Finally the concentration of the contaminated gas is obtained by using the LTO cycle of the airport to calculate the exhaust emission,and the diffusion model of the tail gas is used to analyze the diffusion of the tail gas.After the completion of the research work,this paper can effectively solve the problem of entering and leaving the airport and meet the long-term development plan of the airport.Atthe same time,the direct influence of flight procedure optimization is analyzed from the point of view of safety and benefit,which provides a certain theoretical basis for future flight procedure optimization.
