The fuel consumption calculation based on flight trajectory and environmental efficiency calculation have important research significance for air traffic energy saving and emission reduction measurement.Accurate calculation of environmental efficiency is the premise and basis for evaluating air traffic operation efficiency.In this paper,by analyzing the key factors affecting the fuel consumption of the aircraft,establishes an accurate fuel estimation model,and takes the actual fuel consumption and benchmark fuel consumption consumed during the flight of the aircraft as the research object,and constructs the air traffic environment efficiency model based on flight trajectory,and then analysis and evaluation of air traffic environment efficiency.First of all,the acquisition and processing methods of flight trajectory data are researched.By analyzing the characteristics of existing radar data,the LOF algorithm is used to identify and eliminate the wrong data,and the complete smooth trajectory data is obtained,which lays a foundation for the calculation of aircraft fuel consumption.Secondly,aiming at the lack of vacuum speed in radar data,the vacuum velocity calculation is carried out according to the vertical profile operation characteristics of the aircraft and the flight state identification method is constructed.The BADA fuel consumption model is verified and analyzed.The results show that the BADA model performs poorly in the terminal area and the fuel calculation accuracy is poor.To this end,the TSFC fuel consumption model is proposed.The results show that the model has good calculation results in the terminal area and can meet the accuracy requirements of aircraft fuel consumption measurement.Then,the research scope of the trajectory of the city pair and the environmental efficiency are defined.The calculation method of benchmark fuel consumption based on the flight trajectory is proposed to prepare for the subsequent analysis of air traffic environment efficiency.Finally,the air traffic environment efficiency model based on flight trajectory is constructed.The actual fuel consumption and benchmark fuel consumption of the aircraft are taken as the input variables of the model,and the environmental efficiency is the output variable,and taking Beijing and Shanghai as examples,analyze and evaluate the environmental efficiency of air traffic of the city pair.
