Air traffic control task is to determine the scope of each chair through the air sector.With the rapid development of the civil aviation in our country,the sectors should be demarcated again in a lot of control department.How to make the scientific and reasonable plan of sector structure,and how to fully excavate potential capacity of airspace sector,has become the main direction of China's civil aviation research development.Based on the related theory of domestic and foreign research about the complexity and the sector demarcation,and combined with the actual airspace operation status.The following research about sector demarcation based on complexity analysis is made.Firstly,starting from the cross properties of airspace air route structure,combined with the structure complexity and the operation complexity,the complexity calculation model based on cross characteristics is constructed.The complexity in the whole country's air-route intersections is analyzed.Secondly,the airspace sector complexity factors system is identified,and by using DEMATEL method,the impact factors are analyzed.According to the characteristic values of the center degrees and the reason degrees,the key evaluation indexes are selected,the key complexity factors index system is proposed.Thirdly,the static airspace sector complexity model is established from the sector internal structure and the sector operation status perspectives.The sector dynamic situation impact factor is studied,including the airspace restrictions and weather conditions.And then,the airspace sector dynamic complexity change condition is constructed according to the simulation analysis of Xi-an No.05 sector.Finally,the factors and the basic principles of sector demarcation are analyzed.Combined with the airspace sector dynamic complexity model,aimed at balancing sectors complexity,the airspace sector demarcation model is established.The result of a part of Guangzhou airspace's simulation shows that the model put forward in this article is rational.
