With the rapid growth of air traffic flow and the increasing complexity of airspace structure,problems such as the sharp increase of Airspace Traffic Flow and the gradual complexity of airspace environment have become increasingly prominent.The uneven distribution of Airspace Traffic Flow and unreasonable sector structure planning will become urgent tasks to be solved.Therefore,the efficient and accurate evaluation of the airspace sector capacity to ensure the rational sector division plays a key role in reducing the complexity of the sector,improving the sector capacity and ensuring the safe operation of the airspace.Taking Lanzhou approaching control sector as an example,this paper further studies the evaluation of sector capacity,sector layout and Optimization in view of the above problems.Firstly,an index system is constructed to evaluate the sector complexity of terminal control.The two eigenvalues of cause and centrality are obtained by DEMATEL method.Eight key factors of complexity are extracted from three aspects: sector structure,sector operation characteristics and sector dynamics.The key factors are quantified and the terminal is established from the aspects of sector structure and sector operation characteristics.Considering the influence of bad weather on the static complexity model,the dynamic complexity model of the control sector is established,and the validity of the complexity model is verified.Then,a new method based on envelope graph is proposed to represent sector capacity.The model of TAAM tool for full-space simulation is introduced in detail.The flight restricted area is delineated by minimum outer rectangle method.The sector capacity evaluation based on complexity is completed through multiple simulations.Finally,the influencing factors of sector division and the basic principles of sector division are studied.Combining with the terminal control sector complexity model,aiming at balancing the complexity of each control sector,and combining with TAAM simulation tool,two sector optimization methods,branch and bound search algorithm and dynamic programming based sector optimization method,are studied respectively.Lanzhou approaching control sector is taken as an example.The rationality of the model is verified by an example analysis.This paper further validates the rationality and effectiveness of the proposed sector capacity assessment method and the sector planning and optimization method through an example analysis.Therefore,on the basis of ensuring the accuracy of sector planning scheme,it can not only reduce the search space of feasible solutions,but also improve the execution efficiency of optimization algorithm,and provide technical support for in-depth study of airspace planning and design,so as to realize the efficient utilization of airspace resources and so on.
