In recent years,the air transport industry is booming,but security issues can not be ignored.The aviation accidents not only rusult in low rate of staff survival,but also cause serious economic losses,which have a huge impact on society.Therefore,the emergency rescue and disposal of civil aviation emergencies is of vital importance for carriers and airports.Airport is the main body of emergency rescue and can decisively deal with various emergencies to avoid or reduce casualties,which is of great significance to reduce property losses and the bad impact of the normal operation of the airport.The focus of this paper is the emergency rescue of the aircraft out of the runway and missed the runway.First of all,analyze the risk factors and precautionary measures of aircraft rushed / missed runway events.Secondly,in conjunction with the relevant provisions of the establishment of aircraft rushed / missed the runway incident category and rescue level,to clear the emergency rescue organization system.Then,based on the multi-agent technology,the emergency rescue collaborative decision model of the aircraft run / off runway event is constructed.Based on the one-to-many SVM classification method,the resource demand in the emergency rescue process is forecasted and each agent is designed.Finally,the realistic simulation of the aircraft rushed / missed the runway events and rescue scenes is operated through the interactive interface and 3D modeling technology based on Anylogic simulation platform system.The collaborative decision-making method based on multi-agent technology is taken as the process architecture of the simulation platform.Combined with the background resource allocation calculation and evaluation model,the optimal solution and resource allocation scheme of the aircraft run / runoff event are obtained,and compared with the emergency disposal process and the resource allocation scheme in the virtual reality system.Therefore,it is possible to realize the resource dispatching of the emergency drills in different aircraft / runway scene,also can evaluate the resource utilization efficiency and rescue timeliness in the emergency decision-making process.The results of this paper can be more comprehensive and reasonable for the airport emergency response operations to provide emergency preparedness.
