Survey And Planning Strategies Of Community Street Dominated By Private Cars

“If cities are to retain their residents,if energy shortage forced us back to the concentration of the city,then you must find some way,let the community to become a days work rest of heaven,instead of being submerged in noise,smoke and dust in dangerous habitats.” With the change of the social structure of our country,more and more city public space is being private.In the community,private cars created a new way of life,residents by driving a car in the street space moving faster and faster,past residents rely on for their music community is gradually occupation of the vehicle,and "private garden,prohibit" brand is also filled with every block the entrance.All the signs indicate that the excessive dependence on cars has weakened the function of street space.In the past,most of the residents have become more and more dangerous in the streets.The street community as the research object,respectively from the crowd,travel,people's activities,inclusive of street space were analysis and interpretation,on the one hand,the lifestyle of the residents directly affects the development of the street,on the other hand,community street space characteristics and latent influence character shape the community residents.Based on,in Chongqing Luneng Star City for the sample by presented to the community residents behavior pattern research and analysis of the street space characteristics,proposed deal with car oriented street space planning strategies and suggestions.This article first to domestic and foreign community research and practice history,discusses the practice of this study and practical significance.Through interpretation of street space theory,this paper suggests that the community should be inclusive,and from the needs of residents in public life of inclusive street should have the meaning of fairness,built to meet the diverse population and activities of the street space to help people from stepped out of the car.At the same time,this paper on the large community Luneng Star City were investigation and study,and data analysis with the resident's daily behavior mode and street space,summarizes a series of problems existing in the street community,including that of street space,and residents of the cognitive content.Finally,based on the analysis of the theoretical basis and investigation,this paper proposes the planning strategy of the inclusive community street including street shape,space sharing,friendly transportation,cultural identity and so on.The whole research is based on the theoretical exploration and field research,which has a certain reference value for the construction of high quality community street in our country.The conclusion part summarizes the basic ideas of this paper,and looks forward to the next step on the street space research,to encourage residents to live healthy,and to return to the neighborhood in the streets of the community.
