As the evelopment of Society and economy is faster and faster,the problem of energy shortage becoming serious and building energy consumption accounts for a large proportion.What's more,the existent public buildings energy consumption is a part of the total energy consumption and how to make energy saving renovation to reduce energy consumption is attached by the unprecedented attention.Therefore,the energy saving renovation of existent construction is not only considered as an important way of promotion of building energy saving in China,but also can improve the comfort of use of building and achieve the goal of the national requirements on sustainable development of the construction.First of all,this article use the survey research methods and the research areas are the mainly part of existent public buildings of Tianjin,Jinan,Zhengzhou in the cold area,considering technique of the energy saving reconstruction of existent public buildings as the research object,choosing different types of construction field as investigation.Through the research on status of existent public buildings and thermal properties,its thermal indexes of palisade structure beyond the limit of the rules and regulations is summarized and is not meet the requirements.For the engineering example,field detection of the revamp is set first and then doing the thermal calculation and analysis to verify the modified effect of energy conservation.According to the regional climate characteristics and specification requirements,the corresponding energy saving reconstruction measures of different retaining structures which satisfy the requirement of the region's energy efficiency design is put forward and including three kinds of exterior insulation system,two kinds of different thermal insulation construction of roof and two different types of external Windows.Then software of DeST-c is used to simulate the every layer room of the engineering examples in different Retrofit scheme the natural temperature in winter and summer,the cold and hot load index in per unit area as a study on the energy saving effect of architecture in differentretrofit scheme.Based on calculation and analysis of engineering examples,the result shows that only external wall heat consumption index of the palisade structure was decreased from12.29?W/m2?to 3.88?W/m2?and the modification effect is remarkable.The DeST-c software is adopted to the comparison of six combination plan room which is put forward before and after the modification of natural room temperature and cold and heat load.Finally the results that the winter natural room temperature of laboratory room 1 rise 2 5 ? and cold and hot load of construction reduced.The general load of plan 1,3,4,5 achieve the 65%lower require goals of energy saving rate of district and plan 2 and 6 do not meet the requirements.Sunshade system which are added into the solution in plane 1 will reduce the winter room temperature,therefore the sunshade system can be removed in plane 1.And after the retrofit of scheme 5,the natural room temperature of winter design days in each room is obviously higher than other options.In energy saving retrofit scheme,the retrofit scheme of ground is added which can make the modification effect more apparent.Research conclusion provide some references for modification of the same kind of construction in cold region,which has a certain application value.
