The traditional research of building environment simulation has a complete set of research process,but this method is not perfect,there are still some limitations,compared with BIM technology,there are large differences in the establishment of models,building environment parameters and calculation methods,the difference between the two and their respective advantages and disadvantages are worth to in-depth study.The objects of building physicalenvironment simulation are usually commercial buildings,mainly because of the energy consumption of commercial buildings.However,the consumption of residential building energy is small,the effect is far less obvious as commercial buildings,but it can analyze the living comfort,such as this type of demand is moreduring the traditional residential building protection projects,it is the breakthrough on the research of building physical environment simulation in residential construction.In Mangjing village of Huimin countryside,Lancang county,Yunnan,select a typical blang traditional house as the object of mapping,monitoring and simulation,weaccurately draw on the building of the plane and profile drawings according to housing measurement data,and collected temperature,humidity,wind speed,noise,illumination and other types of data about the blang nationality folk house by means of field monitoring,find out some problems about architectural function layout and residential comfort and designed building repair and protection program that combined with the factors of local customs,culture,and daily life.DeST as a representative of the traditional method of building physicalenvironmental simulation analysis,at the same time,establishinga three-dimensional visualization model,making simulation of the buildingphysical environment by BIM technology and thenthe two simulation results are compared with the measured data,the simulation process and the results of comparative analysis.Finally,through the field measurement,building physical environment simulationbased on DeST and BIM and their comparative analysis,draw the following conclusions:(1)Measured building physical environment data show that the indoor and outdoor humidity difference between indoor and outdoor,indoor and outdoor noise is small,few indoor ventilation and indoor lighting,it provide support and theoretical basis for the next step to develop problem-solving measures and programs in the building layout and residence comfort and other aspects of the data.(2)In the contrast between the simulation results of the building physical environment and the measured data,the data of the outdoor temperature are slightly different from the measured data,the indoor temperature data is completely different from the measured data,and the indoor illumination data is somedifferent from the measured data.The above shows that DeST overall results of building physical environment simulation are poor.(3)In the comparison of the simulation results of the physical environment of Ecotect Analysis and the measured data,the error are small between the indoor and outdoor temperature data and the measured data,the data of indoor wind speed are identical to the measured data,and the data of indoor illumination is consistent with the measured data.The above shows that Ecotect Analysis overallresults of building physical environment simulation are better.(4)Through the comparison of Ecotect Analysis and DeST in the process and function of building physical environment,the advantages of BIM technology are obvious,the data conversion format is more diversified,the visualization effect is better,the model is highly accurate,the meteorological data is true and reliable,it can simulate more building physical environment.In short,the overall building physical environment simulation based on BIM technology has a high degree of reduction.
