With the development of economy,the demand of electric power becomes more and more important.As an important part of power system,it is very important to realize the substation integrated automation operation for improving the security and stability of power system.In this paper,we study on the automation retrofit of Zhaoqing Power Supply Bureau Dinghu 110 kV substation.In this paper,the basic concept of substation integrated automation system is analyzed,and the contents,functions and requirements of substation integrated automation system are described in detail,firstly.Secondly,from the aspect of the practical situation of Dinghu 110 kV substation,we analyze the existing problems in the integrated automation system,and focus on its retrofit scheme.The main problems are as follows: first,the running time of the equipment is long,and the mechanical aging state is serious,thus the reliability is poor.Second,the equipment is very backward,there is no corresponding reserved terminal and data transmission interface,can not meet the needs of the system of integrated automation transformation.The two-electromagnetic protection equipment obsolescence,can not meet the safety operation of the power grid for the protection of the reliability,sensitivity and rapidity requirements;part of the equipment of relay protection devices is relatively backward,has a great adverse effect on the coordination and cooperation system.Then we put forward the scheme of integrated automation transformation.To calculate all the parameters of Dinghu 110 kV substation integrated automation transformation needed,we consider the needs of future development and load forecasting,and regard it as a basis for the selection of equipment.The scheme includes the aspects of system structure,hardware and software requirements to carry out comprehensive automation retrofit.Based on PS-9000 integrated automation system,the design principle,system configuration,equipment configuration,protection function and network structure of Dinghu 110 k V substation are put forward.After the retrofit,the substation integrated automation network is established,and the reliable transmission of real-time data information is realized.At the same time,the automation of substation operation is realized by the combination of software and hardware.The validity and reliability of the proposed scheme are verified by debugging and testing.
