With the diversification of the structural forms and body types of super high-rise buildings,the steel components and joints are developing towards the direction of abnormality,complexity and huge.It is difficult to process and install them,which brings great challenges to people.It is significance to solve the construction problems of complex steel structures in super high-rise buildings for their faster and better development in the future.Combined with BIM technology,Tianjin chow tai fook financial center project is studied as a case to find the solutions of complex steel structure construction problems.The research contents include the processing of profiled complex steel structure,the construction of space complex curved surface truss,and the construction of complex variable span single layer reticulated shell steel sky screen,which are very representative.The processing technology of profiled complex steel structure based on BIM is developed.Firstly,the collaborative effect of CAD + Solidworks + Tekla is innovatively used to realize the rapid modeling of various irregular and complex nodes and to ensure the deepening design accuracy.Secondly,Solidworks is used to guide cutting,which improves the efficiency and accuracy of deepening processing.BIM model is used for simulated lofting and installation of complex components before welding,which would ensure the weldability of all internal parts and effectively control the welding deformation and determine the best combination scheme.Finally,Three-dimensional laser intelligent technology based on BIM is used to carry out intelligent acceptance ofspecial-shaped complex steel components to ensure that the steel components meet the requirements.The construction technology of space complex curved surface truss based on BIM is developed.Firstly,the virtual construction technology of BIM is used to reasonably segment the components and design their connecting fixtures.Finally,BIM technology is used to simulate the assembly construction of components to improve installation efficiency and ensure accuracy.This technology can effectively solve the installation precision problem of special-shaped complex steel structure,reduce the cost of pre-assembly,reduce the installation deviation of site components,and accelerate the construction progress.The construction technology of the construction of complex variable span single layer reticulated shell steel sky screen based on BIM is developed.Based on the BIM model,the sky screen model is precisely divided into units to determine the most reasonable coordinate letter of unit assembly.In order to ensure the accurate ground assembly of grid elements,the 3D adjustable tire mounting technology and the automatic tracking and measuring system are used to observe the real-time 3D coordinate observation of docking nodes.The invention of adjustable temporary positioning support tire frame and adaptive operation platform technology ensures the smooth assembly of high altitude sky screen unit structure and spare parts.Finally,the3 D laser scanning intelligent installation accuracy check technology based on BIM is adopted to ensure both the overall progress and the accuracy of every detail of the sky screen.From the application of the project,it can be seen that the BIM-based construction technology of complex steel structure can effectively solve the technical problems in the process of fabrication,acceptance and installation of complex steel structure in super high-rise buildings,which has the value of popularization.
