Application And Research Of BIM Technology In Super High-rise Building

With the rapid development of economy,the size of the China's super high-rise buildings is expanding and the structure and function is more and more complicated.The process of super high-rise project construction contains more information than traditional items,which need to be solved in the super high-rise building construction process more and more management and technical problems.The degree of visualization and informatization of traditional construction drawings is very low,and it cannot be effectively used to communicate and exchange ideas for the participating parties,which brings many inconvenience to the construction project construction management.Building Information Modeling,namely BIM technology,is the expression of physical and functional characteristics of the digital facilities;BIM is a shared knowledge resource and it is a shared information about the facilities,which provide a reliable basis for the facilities from concept to all life cycle in the demolition decision;Different stakeholders in the BIM through the insertion,extraction,update and modify the information,to support collaborative work and reflect their responsibilities during different phases.Through the establishment of BIM model,the construction of the project can be real-time simulation of super high-rise building,standardizing the operation behavior of super high-rise building project construction personnel in the process,better planning projects in the actual construction process,finding potential problems and risks in the construction process accurate and timely,which greatly improve the safety of super high-rise building in the process of the construction.After the simulation,coordination and optimization of BIM technology,the construction plans of the building structure,mechanical and electrical steel structure and decoration comprehensive map can be obtained,which makes the layout of pipeline more reasonable,makes the construction process more easier,reduce rework phenomenon,and saves construction cost and time.All of the construction behavior is recorded in a timely and accurate way,which is helpful to the construction and management of the verification the late management.So it is very important to apply BIM technology to super high-rise projects.According to the Baoji IFC project,according to some problems existing in the construction of super high-rise buildings,the author marked the application process of BIM technology and determined the specific implementation process and the specific application of BIM technology.The results showed that the BIM technology for super high-rise building construction management is more efficient,which can save construction cost and time.
