Application And Research Of BIM Technology In Construction Management Of Super High-rise Buildings

With the rapid development of China's economy,the scale of super-high-rise buildings has gradually expanded,and the structure,function and construction process of super-high-rise projects have gradually become more complicated.Therefore,the management and technical problems they face have also increased,the traditional construction drawing is not good at information and visualization,so it is not good for the communication of the construction parties.By introducing BIM technology into construction projects,it can improve the problems such as the conflicts between different specialties,the problems of pipeline collision and the difficulty of engineering quantity statistics.In such a technical background,this paper first introduces the main basic concepts,features,advantages and basic operating principles of BIM construction technology in depth,the technical definition,construction technical characteristics and advantages of super high-rise building are expounded in detail,then,combining with the case practice in the actual construction project,it analyzes in-depth the technical key points and difficulties that may exist in the construction,etc.,this paper probes into the application of BIM technology in the construction process of Super high-rise Structure Building,and embodies the significance of BIM technology in the aspects of construction plane management,construction schedule management,quality management,safety management,etc.,bim Technology can not only be effective,in regulating the behavior of construction workers,but it can also identify problems and risks in the construction process,and improve safety in the construction of super high-rise buildings.With the deepening of BIM technology coordination,single specialty can effectively reduce collisions.This paper analyzes how BIM technology can be used successfully in the construction phase,finds out the problems in practice,puts forward solutions,and studies how BIM technology can be used to solve the practical problems in the construction of a building,taking advantage of BIM technology in Super high-rise building construction.
