With the increasingly development of China's construction industry,super high-rise buildings take up larger proportion of the industry.However,the super high rise buildings feature large size,complex functions and the difficult design,which pose a huge challenge to the traditional design and construction technology.As an efficient information management system,BIM systemhas been applied to the various stages of the construction project,which can obtain accurate engineering basic data and enable all project participants to communicate more convenient.What's more,BIM strengthens the coordination among professions and reduces conflicts,having the advantages of lowering construction and rework costs.However,most of the research and application are inclined to the BIM simulation and coordination of communicationbefore the construction,and there are relatively few about how to apply the BIM technologyto the real-time management,auxiliary communication and coordination and decision-making of project site.Therefore,this thesis takes the Metallurgical Tianfu building construction project as the research object,combined with the characteristics of high-rise building construction technology,and uses BIM technology during the construction process.By integrating PMS into BIM technology application system,this thesis adopts P-BIM's research ideas,constructs the super high-rise building project management system combining BIM and PMS technology,and takes the application of BIM in the construction of super high-rise building as the research center,so as to apply BIM technology successfully.First of all,this thesis designs the “BIM + PMS” super high-rise building project management system.The project management system is divided into three modules: the personnel organization structure used in BIM,BIM model information management standard and the super high-rise building project management system technology architecture of “BIM + PMS” and has them researched respectively.Then,this thesis introduces three innovative application projects in great deal,there are the application of BIM technology and PMS technology combined with construction data,the further design of construction drawing based on BIM technology and the three-dimensional site layout based on BIM technology.Firstly,creatively puts forward the BIM technology and PMS technology combined with the construction of the program concept,studies and designs the technical process of construction information combing BIM technology and PMS technology,introduces their main functions with examples in great detail and briefly introduces the safeguard measurement of implement plan.Secondly,by further research,the thesis proposes BIM-based further designconstruction drawingsprocesses and their design precision standards of various stages of processes,and summarizes the twoinnovative aspects of the solution to the general drawing processing flow and the PMS-based collision report signing process Thirdly,this thesis introduces the three-dimensional layout method of tower crane arrangement,site and material yard,and puts forward the technical process of three-dimensional layout of safe and civilized construction.Finally,this thesis introduces the combination of BIM and PMS technology to build a new super high-rise building project management system and its relevant practical application in the Tianfu building project.By usingfigures and tables,this thesis showsthree innovativeBIM technology application aspects and other application aspects in the project management system.The results show that the new super-high-rise building project management system constructed by BIM technology and PMS technology is well run and the three innovative BIM technology application aspects havebeen realized,yielding substantial social and economic benefits.This thesis analyzes the shortcomings of the research provides a further study for the follow-up research ideas,and briefly introduces the direction and content of research in the future.
