Research On Construction Management Mode And Application Of Super High-Rise Project Based On BIM Technology

With the development of economy and urbanization,the tension of urban land is becoming more and more serious,and the advantages of super high-rise buildings in saving land and using efficiency are becoming more and more obvious.In recent years,many countries in the world,especially in asia,have built many new super-high-rise buildings,and china has won the title in the number of new super-high-rise buildings in the world for many years.with the rapid development of science and technology,more and more new technologies and techniques are applied in the construction process of super high-rise buildings,in addition,most of the super-high-rise buildings have their own characteristics and large scale,which also poses a great challenge to the construction management of super-high-rise projects.this paper studies the application of building information modeling(bim)technology in super high-rise building construction management,and based on the analysis of the research status of bim technology at home and abroad,through the analysis of a large number of cases of applying bim technology in construction management stage in china,this paper summarizes the problems existing in the application of bim technology in super high-rise construction management.through a comprehensive analysis of the content and process of construction management of super high-rise projects,this paper probes into the key factors influencing the effect of construction management of super high-rise projects from the key links of schedule management,quality management and safety management of construction management,and through the identification and analysis of these key factors,the optimization mode of construction management of super high-rise building based on bim technology is put forward.at the same time,in order to scientifically evaluate the effect of applying bim technology in construction management of super high-rise building,on the basis of theoretical selection of relevant evaluation indexes,this paper conducted interviews with experts and questionnaire surve y,case study and comparative study methods,for the application of bim technology in ultra-high-rise building construction management has developed evaluation indicators and scoring principles.This paper takes binhai tower as an example to analyze the current situation of construction management based on bim technology in binhai tower.Combined with the Evaluation Index of construction management of Super high-rise building based on bim technology,the feasibility and validity of the optimization model of construction management of super high-rise building based on bim technology are verified.It is hoped that the study of this paper can provide experience for the application of bim technology in super high-rise building construction.
