Research On The Quality Evaluation Of Y Real Estate Project Of Z Group

The rapid economic development of China create a vast space for companies,but the companies are also facing more market competition.How to win the development in the fierce market competition,the companies need to enhance their comprehensive strength from various aspects.For real estate companies,the key to enhance the overall strength is not only to seize the market,the quality of the product should also be strictly controlled.And to evaluate the quality of products objectively is the key to control the product quality.In order to evaluate the quality of real estate projects reasonably and effectively,this paper selects the Z group of Y real estate project as the research object,analyzing the quality evaluation of real estate projects.First of all,focusing on the current situation of quality management of Z group of Y real estate project,this paper found out that Z group of Y real estate project has some quality problems,such as project quality management personnel have no clear responsibilities and power positioning.Furthermore,through on-the-spot investigation on the factors influencing the quality of the product,and combined with the relevant literature review,this article builds a Y real estate project quality evaluation index system preliminarily.Then through the expert opinion of the consultation on the evaluation index system for further screening,screening of repeated and non-quantifiable indicators,to determine the final quality evaluation index system.According to the sample data of field survey data,using entropy weight method,the weight value of each index is calculated.According to the weight value of the index,using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the quality of the Y real estate project.Based on the results of comprehensive evaluation,Z group Y real estate project quality is qualified.In this paper,we analyze the Z group Y real estate project quality management problems set the Z group Y real estate project as an example.And through the establishment of the quality evaluation system of the Z group of Y real estate project this paper conducted a comprehensive evaluation of the Z group of Y real estate project quality.According to the evaluation results,the paper makes a further analysis on the quality problems,and give the corresponding measures.
