Research On Self-support Requalification Of Residential Living Space In Xi’an Ming City Sanxue Street Area

The current world is in a profound global transformation and social transformation.The background of Informatization and Globalization and the urban development characteristics of people-oriented,which have given the city a higher demand for development.Npw China’s urban construction is facing transformation,urban development from "incremental expansion" to "stock optimization".With the diversification of urban planning path,urban construction path from the "grand narrative" to "civilian scene",the focus point of urban construction turned to the bottom-up planning approach by Self-support Requalification,which can be better convey the people’s needs,make the city more close to the people,Pay more attention to the realization of human and space self-worth,as well as the continuity of urban traditional culture and the excavation of urban humanistic feelings.Xi’an Ming City,which has a history of a thousand years,is facing a new round of looking for the current stock renovation How to construct a "life field",which make modern life and regional culture be integrated with each other,has become the primary problem.This paper selects Sanxue Street Area as the research object.First,it combs the development background and the present situation of living space of Sanxue Street Area.Secondly,it makes deeply typed research on self-support requalification of residential living space.Research to residential courtyard as a unit,and classifies the self-support requalification of residential living space.Select the typical courtyard in the area,show the status of their space update and social life,and to explore the self-support requalification’s mechanism and the values behind it.The purpose of paper is to explore the mechanism and problems of self-support requalification in residential living space by research in Sanxue Street Area.Then it discusses the sustainable path of the organic renewal in the old city,and puts forward some positive suggestions for the future revival of old city and lays the foundation for the further research.
