Magnetic latching relay is a kind of low energy consumption,stable and reliable bitable relay,As the electric equipment becomes more and more complicated,the requirements of customer for the performance and reliability of the magnetic stick relay is getting higher and higher.This thesis studies a kind of high voltage resistance magnetic stick relay which contacts are normally open,the reaction of this relay is asymmetric.The medium pressure is 2500 Vd.c.Base on the demand of this important style,some research on the theory and experiment in order to design the relay.In the overall design aspect,electromagnetic system is adopted type H armature magnetic bridge structure.On basis of analyzing asymmetric characteristic of relay contact,we propose an improvement scheme of electromagnetic system with asymmetrical coils.According to the relay with high dielectric withstand voltage requirements,through theoretical analysis,material comparison and practical verification,Designing the dielectric withstand and tightness of the base group to determine using ceramic insulator base group,finally get an overall structure of contact system.According to the structure and geometrical relationship of contact system,build the relational model between the movable contact spring and elasticity,connecting piece,figure out the counterforce characteristics.Because of insulated gap,the size of contact system,designing the safety clearance of dielectric withstand voltage insulated resistance to determine the insulated distance of main contact group and shell,assistant contact group,coil.According to load capacity,service life and environmental indicator requirements,designing detailed parameters of contact spring system to determine the contact force and clearance,though emulating to figure out.Based on analyzing withstand voltage and simulation,optimizing the structure of ceramic insulator,meeting the design requirements of high withstand voltage insulator.Build a simulation model provided with suction characteristics of electromagnetic system though finite element,researching relationship between the key parameter and suction in electromagnetic system,figure out the direction of changing the curve shape of the suction characteristic.According to relay action voltage requirements,designing a self holding coil and reset coil to determine drive ampere turns and coil parameters.According to relay performance index requirements,we can get an optimized goal with absorbing reaction force,through changing the key parameters of languet to make the most of the relay means,such as stiffness and size.At last,verifying the rationality of the design by experiment,we test suction characteristics,electrical parameters,sealing,and AC contactor's thermal characteristics,and such kind of key parameters,and also do some research on life characteristics,the result showed that AC contactor's thermal characteristics relay can meet the needs of customers.
