Research On Schedule Management Of T-2 Scientific Research Program

Science research plays a key role in promoting production technology of aerospace enterprises,but actually,science research programs always can't be finished on time,because the system processes of science research is complicated and sophisticated,not only a lot of resources such as huma n resource and material resources need to be invested,but also cooperation and coordination from multi-domain,multi-disciplinary,multi-level and multi-sector are involved in.In order to ensure to complete science research programs in aerospace enterprises with high quality and high efficient,it's important to manage the schedule of science research programs so that to drive the development of aerospace production technology quickly.By using the documentary method,the author summarized program management and program schedule management,and stated the concepts and theories of program,program management and program schedule management;By using questionnaire investigation and interview methods,the author investigated the current situation of science r esearch programs in SD,and got to know the implementation and schedule program situations.And analyz ied the influence factors of aerospace science research programs.According to the present situations,taking T-2 as main subject,decomposing the program rationally,and based on Gantt chart and Milestone program,a proper plan for schedule and schedule control of T-2science research program is designed,during the process,science research program is optimized timely.According to the research,under the scientific management of the schedule of science research program,it's able to guarantee the implementation schedule of T-2 science research programs gradually,and task decomposition is more reasonable,time estimating is more definite,personnel division is more certain.This study can not only promote the schedule of T-2 science research program,but also provide a reference for other aerospace research programs.
