Study On Schedule Management For Project Of New Regional Arecraft

Along with the development of economic globalization and transport technology,aircraft as a fast and convenient vehicle,attract more travelers,which leads to the aviation industry's boom.Our aviation industry started at 50's,through several decades' development we are still not catching up with the Western country.A civil aircraft,which is ready for service has to been through the following procedures: aircraft components manufacture,large aircraft components assembly,finished aircraft components purchase,function test,delivery and verification etc.During the aircraft delivering,the buyer and producer should complete the technical documents delivery and aircraft pre-delivery inspection within a very short period.Aircraft delivery is a very essential and complicated program to the aircraft manufacturer,which need every departments of the manufacturer work together to make sure the delivery follows the schedule and maintain the high standard quality of the products and service,therefore,its worth to study how to control the aircraft delivery schedule.This essay elaborates the methods and theory of program schedule control from an aircraft technical delivery schedule.It introduced the status of COMAC's new regional jet technical delivery schedule control program,and the reasons for the program delay.It uses Program Evaluation and Review Technique(PERT)to make the program schedule,which creates a work breakdown structure.Then uses Critical Incident Technique optimize the new regional jet technical delivery schedule.It readjusts the schedule after fully thinking through the resource allocation.Which set up a program buffering mechanism to eliminate the delay risk leads by the uncertain factors;tease out the critical paths,optimizes resource allocation to every procedure,reduce the waiting time.This essay offers a practical management method and theory to the aircraft technical delivery program through optimizes COMAC's two regional jets technical delivery schedule,which could shorten and simplify the delivery cycle.Since program schedule control could benefit the aircraft technical delivery program,by make sure the program completed on schedule,so it could be promote to other aircraft programs.
