The Study Of The Schedule Management Of The Upgrade Program Of The Security And Protection System In The Detoxification Center Of Z City

The compulsory detoxification center of Z city is a kind of small drug rehabilitation center,which belongs to the Public Security Bureau of Z city in the S province,and put into operation on August 3,2005.After 10 years of operation,the compulsory detoxification center of Z city decided to upgrade its safety and protection system because of its backward technology,ageing equipment and inadequacy in the daily management requirements.In June 2016,at the request of provincial public security department,on October 1,2016 to prison monitoring video access province public security monitoring platform,business guidance departments at all levels are able to directly on monitoring platform within the regulation places on all access to monitor screen in real time,and requires each supervisory areas to eliminate the cells suspension point,sharp and other human activity places physical structure.Decided to take this opportunity to Z city compulsory rehabilitation centers within the security system upgrading.Security system in this paper with Z city compulsory rehabilitation centers to upgrade the construction project as an example,expounds the schedule management of project management and schedule control theory,and using the WBS work breakdown,gantt chart and network diagram technology tools,make the project schedule plan and its optimization.Establish the project schedule tracking system,using the data collection,performance report and data analysis for trace monitoring of project progress.Project progress,due to the change of quantities and the impact of force majeure,make the project schedule deviation.Reasons are analyzed in this paper,the deviation of calculated influence on the critical path and non-critical path,take effective corrective measures respectively on the critical path and non-critical path to adjust and control,to strengthen the and safeguards of organization,management,security,financial security,safeguard measures and project risk management measures,such as the final guarantee compulsory rehabilitation centers for Z city security system upgrade project completed smoothly during the stipulated period of time.This article summarized the advanced experience of the construction management system in public security supervision through research and exploration on the schedule control over this project,and provided certain reference for the upgrading and reconstruction of security system in the other public security supervision site,and this study is also hoped to provide some certain guides and references for the construction of security system in the relocation work of this center a few years later.
