Project schedule management as one of the core in the field of project management, is the most focus on the content of each stakeholders, plays a decisive role on the project success. In order to ensure the overall project progress as planned implementation under the constraint condition of limited time, must adopt scientific and effective project schedule management method s to balance a variety of contradictions inside and outside.Taking D company requirements management project as the research object, mainly studies the project schedule management, using a variety of project schedule management method to control every stages of project progress. First of all, using the method called work breakdown structure(WBS), so that the entire complex projects will be subdivided into tasks including the working package, changing numerous for brief, in order to arrange the order of the tasks, forming the progress of the project schedule. Then using the critical path method(CPM) to find out the key process influencing the progress so that project manager can make effective decisions to shorten the project time, ensuring the project schedule plan meet the requirements. Then analyzing the project schedule by the PERT and computing the probability of the accomplishment on time, in order to determine the feasibility of the project schedule, helping project managers to have comprehensive understanding. Finally, drawing the project schedule By Microsoft Project software, clearly show the entire project progress, and take corresponding measures in the process of project implementation, to ensure the accomplishment in the demanding time.Based on the discussion above, how to shorten the project time effectively through the schedule studies of D company requirements management project, find out the key factors that affecting the project schedule so that the managers can take corresponding adjustment and control, will be studied in this thesis.
