Research On Project Schedule Management Of All Media Resource Center

In recent years,in response to the call to build an all media communication pattern,newspaper organizations have accelerated strategic transformation and carried out all media construction.In the process of building all media,the rapid development of information construction has been realized.Based on this,various information resources,including manuscripts,pictures,audio and video files,newspaper layout and other digital information,are growing.These massive information resources collected,processed and produced by newspaper organizations need safe,efficient and stable storage management.Taking this as the construction goal,the all media resource center project strives to break the boundaries of resources,realize the unified and centralized management of newspaper information resources,realize the centralized utilization of massive newspaper resources,and provide assistances for the construction of all media goal.This paper takes the project schedule of the all media resource center as the research object,based on the project schedule management knowledge system,combined with the characteristics of the resource center project,to achieve the goal of project planning and schedule control.Using the progress management theory,model,professional project progress management tools and software to analyze,demonstrate and study the project progress,reasonably adjust the order and structure of project R&D,formulate the resource center project R&D plan,realize the balanced utilization of project resources,and ensure the rationality and effectiveness of the project progress plan,At the same time,combined with agile development idea,the periodic iteration of project plan is realized.Finally,it analyzes the implementation effect of the schedule plan,and summarizes the experience and conclusions that are conducive to the progress of the project.On the basis of ensuring the construction progress of resource center,practice the use of schedule management technology,deepen the understanding of project schedule management,and improve the ability of project management.
