The pollution of drinking water source is becoming more and more serious,which has become a major issue in the world.The limitation of traditional water treatment technology has been difficult to adapt to the demand of micro polluted raw water treatment.Combined ozone-biological activated carbon technology is more and more widely used to become one of the most general methods to remove organic pollution.According to the water quality of the Huangpu River,based on a water treatment plant,the ozone-biological activated carbon?O3+BAC?advanced water treatment was used for production experiment study.The results of this research can offer a certain theoretical basis and useful technical support to select activated carbon for production,to ensure the safe and stable operation of a waterworks with production-scale ozone-biological activated carbon units,to understand the characteristics of Microbial leakage and how to control them.Surface Characteris,Pore Structu and roughness of the different activated carbon were observed by scanning electron microsope?SEM?and atomic force microscope?AFM?.In comparison,the surface of columnar broken carbon is denser and smoother than granular broken carbon.The water treatment effect about CODMn,NH3-N,UV254 and other indicators on two kinds of activated carbon filter was researched.Under running time,backwater period,different temperature conditions,the analysis result proved that the water treatment effect of granular broken carbon filter is better than columnar broken carbon filter.The effects of pre ozone and ozone dosage on the process performance of biological activated carbon were tested.The result proved that the best ozone dosage exists.The appropriate pre ozone concentration can improve the removal efficiency of the sedimentation tank and sand filter.The ozone dosage can increase the content of assimilated organic matter in water.While the dosage of pre ozone was 0.5mg/L and the dosage of ozone was 1.0mg/L,The comprehensive operation economy and the treatment efficiency is the best.The situation of bacteria and microorganism in the outflow of biological activated carbon filter was observed.The number of various kinds of microbial leakage in the columnar broken carbon filter is more than that of granular broken carbon filter.The result proved that the microbial adhesion ability of columnar broken carbon is weaker.Through biological activated carbon,water in a variety of microbial levels increased significantly,Includ heterotrophic bacteria,total bacteria,AOB,NOB,and even a variety of algae.With the increase of running time,the number of HPC and TB leakage of activated carbon filter increased gradually.This water plant use chloramines disinfection.The heterotrophic bacteria and total bacteria were observed by fluorescence microscopy.It is found that the water plant has a good control of bacteria,and the finished water is in accordance with the relevant water quality standards,and has the ability of continuous disinfection.The number of typical micro animals in raw water and finished water was observed.Found that the outflow of carbon filter contains a large number of micro animals.These micro animals have been inactivated after disinfection.But there is a certain risk of biological penetration.Effect of bacteria disinfection under the conditions of different ammonia contents has been observed.While the dosage of ammonia was 0.4mg/L,In the beginning phase of the inactivation effect or the fol low-up of continuous disinfection ability is relatively good.The main water quality indexes of the import and export of ozone biological activated carbon advanced treatment process were analyzed.This process can effectively remove the color of the raw water of Huangpu River,iron and manganese,CODMn,NH3-N and so on.This process has good effect of aid to the coagulation in warm season.Saving alum consumption effect is obvious.The effects of temperature and contact reaction time on the removal of ammonia nitrogen from the process of ozone activated carbon were analyzed.When the water temperature is higher than 15?,the nitrification effect of the sand filter is obvious.The nitrification of carbon filter was restricted.When the water temperature is reduced and kept in the range of 5-10?,The biological activated carbon filter nitrification system has good adaptability.At the same time,increasing the contact reaction time can effectively improve the removal efficiency of ammonia nitrogen.Some problems have been found in the process of production and operation.The algae and micro animal breeding,Low temperature water is difficult to deal with to achieve the standard,Finished water will be out of the standard when the raw water quality is worse.These problems need to be further studied in the future.
