Research On Principles And Application Of Green Construction

The thought of sustainable development has been deepening in the field of construction,and the concept of green construction is also widely accepted.Green construction is significant in resource conservation and environment protection.The definition and intension of green construction is discussed by referring some existing research results.Based on the analysis of the international and domestic status of green construction,this paper summarizes the influence factors of green construction popularization and application,and the influencing factors are separated into internal factors and external factors from the perspective of construction enterprises.The internal factors mainly reflected in the impact on the construction cost,and the definition of green influence coefficient of construction cost ? to assist in the analysis of the construction cost by using the influence tendency of green construction mode of construction enterprises,and a critical value ?r is defined.The external factors are greatly influenced by the social development,economic conditions and the awareness of the environment.The external factors lag behind the behavior of construction enterprises.Based the analysis and reference of evaluation system of green construction abroad,a suitable evaluation system of green construction of construction enterprises is determined.In addition,this paper introduced the game thinking to discuss the choice of green construction issues between the contractor and the non-contractor.It turns out that the non-contractor has completed the change in the choice for green construction at this stage.So how to solve the problem depends on how to change the choice of the contractor.The solution relies on two aspects,raising economic benefits and changing the game strategies.Finally,the issues referring green construction are discussed based on the practical engineering project.In consideration with the engineering condition,this paper suggests that the solutions are training the workers and introducing the importance of green construction.
