In twenty-first Century, with the flourish development of the construction industry, it has gradually been a pillar of the national economy currently. However, it also brings the negative influence on the consumption of natural resource and the contaminations of the ecological. In addition, it causes a number of environmental issues such as the haze and the green house effect With the government and the society paying more and more attentions to the preservation of ecological environment, it is necessary to transfer the traditional development model and implement the strategy of sustainable development in order to maintain the healthy development of the construction industry. Meanwhile, the concept of green building is supposed to be implemented in the construction of the project dec ision-making stage, design stage, construction stage and commissioning stage.In each stage of constructions, it is the stage of building construction that causes the most direct and obvious impact on the resource consumption and the environment, which finally give rise to influence the commissioning stage. Therefore, during the process of the research of green architecture, to implement the concept of the green construction in the construction of the project has become an important missioa Green construction concept is the embodiment of the green building theory in the construction stage, which is also the core step of realization of the concept of green building. For the sake of promoting and developing the green construction, it is necessary to establish a scientific rationally, objective comprehensively and targeted green construction assessment system in order to provide theoretical support and standards for green construction projects.This paper begins from the current situation of the domestic and foreign research of green construction, including green construction origin, green construction development as well as the study on green construction of domestic and foreign scholars, summarized the differences among the green construction, traditional construction and civilized construction, and puts forward the issues and suggestions of green construction implementation in China. Following this, the paper elaborates on the development of the Green Construction Assessment project, putting forward the idea that the selection of the Green Construction Site could be based on the criteria of this project Furthermore, the paper also introduces some factors of the Green Construction Site, some key elements that have an effect on it, and some feasible measures relevant parties have taken for its selection of the Green Construction Site. In addition, some environment-harmful factors, including relevant solutions are also discussed. Based on the catastrophe theory which use the method of catastrophe progression build an evaluation framework of multi-level index system of green construction, and though the actual visit and investigation get the relative importance of criteria and indicators of evaluation index. Meanwhile, introduce the evaluation process of the evaluation model:First of all, using the expert scoring method of the underlying index scores to obtain the original data and standardizatioa Then, through the normalization operation step by step evaluation obtain the evaluation results of green constructioaFinally, combined with the specific project, utilizing the green construction assessment system established conduct the actual evaluation as a result that gives the specific cafculation process and receive the evaluation results of the green constructioa Comparison of actual construction project, the results confirmed that the mutation of the assessment system of green construction series method based on the established is feasible, suitable.
