| With the large-scale construction of Chinese highway transportation transiting to the conservation,the maintenance and management of road becomes more and more important.Motorway not only stands the heavy-axle load and repeated dense traffic,but also is impacted by the environment and climate;If not having maintenance and management timely,the road’s quality will decline year by year,resulting in the destruction occurred before the design cycle.Based on "Hatong high-speed detection-conservation" real project,this paper introduces the development of international road detection technology,the application of roads evaluation and the decision of road maintenance.According to Hatong actual situation,exploring the development and disposal of road diseases.The main contents are as follows:(1)In 2011 and 2013 respectively,detect Hatong highway using multifunction detection vehicle and the road surface coefficient of lateral force detection vehicle which is Chinese independently created.Analysising the data acquisition through the corresponding software,get the technical condition of the Hatong high-speed road and assess the level;(2)In 2011 and 2013 respectively,analysis the technical condition of the Hatong highway through upstream and downstream lane,then get a clear knowledge about disease development and performance-related attenuation of road.By comparing different years amd different directions in road conditions,recommend the corresponding advice of maintenance;(3)According to the results,the conservation scheme in 2011 is that overlaying in repair and taking preventive maintenance measures on the corresponding sections after the original disease treated.In 2013,propose three conservation standards considering the climate and environment in Northeast China and traffic characteristics.Finally,with the limit of maintenance and repair cost,we recommend the use of medium standard;overlay processing overhaul sections and use Micro-Surfacing Preventive Maintenance to other sections.This study provides practical experience in detection and maintenance of the highway in Heilongjiang Province,promotes the standardization,scientific,standardized of the region’s work,thereby improving the performance and service life of Heilongjiang highway. |
