In the thesis,I put forward the application of hierarchical protection and control technology in the framework of a new generation intelligent substation demonstration project construction and design.By analyzing the technological development of the primary and secondary equipment of the substation,the design scheme of the intelligent substation is optimized according to the principle of highly integrated system,rational layout,advanced technology and equipment,economical and environmental protection,and support and control.The hierarchical protection control system is designed,and the function configuration in substation application,network structure,information exchange and layout are described in detail.Combined with field applications,operating results and data,analyzing the application of hierarchical protection and control technology in the construction of intelligent substation from the integration of business platform,network model,the station domain protection,integrated localized secondary equipment,etc.It can be seen that the hierarchical protection and control system fully utilizes the data information and communication technology shared by intelligent substation to meet the needs of smart grid construction.The research of hierarchical protection and control system of intelligent substation has great significance to the safe and stable operation of power system.This paper also study the social and economic benefits because of using the hierarchical protection and control technology and a series of new technologies from the economic aspects and establish the mathematical models.Centralized control reduces the number of bay devices and the localizer reduces the data transmission link and improves the reliability of the local equipment.In addition,prefabricated cabin has strong protection capability and the comprehensive cost is low.It is convenient to operate and maintenance the equipment in bad weather condition.Merging the intelligent terminal integrated device simplifies the secondary cable routing and reduces the acquisition cost of the process layer switch.The online monitoring and evaluation system of secondary equipment simplifies the workload of operation and maintenance personnel improve equipment utilization and safety and reliability,reduce power outage time,and improve the economic operation of the grid.The comprehensive index indicate that the new generation of intelligent substation has Strong promotion value.
