Research On Quality Controlling Measures On The Construction Of Asphalt Pavement In Hu-Bao Section Reconstruction Project Of Beijing-Tibet Expressway

In recent years,with the rapid and continuous development of economy and expressway construction in China,the expressway network is being perfected.Meanwhile,for improving expressway capacity and service level,the number of reconstruction project is increasing,but there are many problems in engineering quality,which has been caught large attention by experts and scholars.At present,there are few studies on the reconstruction project,which affects the development of expressway construction.The research systematically studies the quality control of asphalt pavement with the Hu-Bao section of Beijing-Tibet expressway reconstruction project.Combined with the construction characteristics of the reconstruction project of Hu-Bao expressway and the construction technology of traditional asphalt pavement,this research analyzes the raw materials and construction process of asphalt pavement,studies the quality control of raw materials such as asphalt,aggregate and the gradation design,so as to summarize the control principle;in order to meet the requirements of mixing,the paper studies the debugging and calibration of mixing station,arriving at the linear relationship between the showing flow and calculation flow of the material,which makes the supply range meeting the target ratio and production requirements;through the analysis of the transportation,paving and rolling process of asphalt mixture,to study the quality control measures.To solve the problems existing in the construction process of the reconstruction project of Hu-Bao expressway,corresponding improvement measures are put forward,including the way of adjusting the parameters of construction equipment to reduce the segregation of mixture,the way of adjusting the settings of mixing station sieve to reduce the overflow phenomenon,and the way of improving paving technology or artificial measures to solve the problems caused by mechanical paving.This study further improves the construction technology research about conversion and expansion of the asphalt pavement,and provides experience and reference for the quality control of the other reconstruction project in China.
