How to complete the urban grid planning scientific work to improve the quality of power supply,power supply safety and reliability levels,rational and effective use of funds and energy loss reduction,to achieve maximum economic and social benefits,policy makers at all levels is of great concern with enormous social and economic significance.The saturated power network planning focuses on complete long-term planning of urban power grid and high voltage power grid planning,promote the urban electricity infrastructure and urban construction,power grid planning and coordinated development should be incorporated into the overall urban planning and rolling planning.At the same time try to avoid network planning and other city facilities planning conflictIn this paper,taking Dongguan power grid as an example,this paper puts forward the research method of saturation planning of Dongguan urban power grid.First,the analysis of the current situation of the development of power grid in Dongguan City,the second,the Dongguan City power grid load prediction method,the load of the future size and saturation prediction is made through the analysis of the different load characteristics,and taking the opportunity based on the application of per capita electricity method and load density method prediction of Dongguan City 2012? 2030 load level and distribution,the prediction of evaluation and analysis,proof load forecasting accuracy.The third is proposed based on status and power grid load forecasting of power grid planning,from the upper power planning,substation distribution network planning and standard are put forward concrete measures of power grid planning,and investment estimate and verify the feasibility of the plan.This method contributes to the rational utilization of urban land resources,and provides the basis for Dongguan power supply bureau to carry out network planning and various power infrastructure projects.
