Abstract/Summary:
With the development of national economy,society,city construction and the improvement of people’s living standards,demand for electricity is also increasing,the index of the city’s power supply reliability,affects the city construction and development speed.Among them,earth lineis an important part of city construction,and is also one of the important methods to enhance the reliability of power supply.Underground power cables compared to the overhead wires,does not occupy the ground space,there is a special cable tunnel or channel,which does not affect the city appearance,and can avoid the influence caused by natural disasters,such as wind,rain,lightning,etc..In this way,eletricity safety and stable supply can be guaranteed.But during the city construction,some developers in the pursuit of the efficiency and cost savings,do not conduct relevant formalities.Excavation with no understanding of the situation of underground pipeline laying,underground power cables often suffer damage caused by external force work,the advantages of eletricity safety and stable supply have been seriously affected.There are many kinds of cable line laying,Huizhou area most commonly used cable ditch,and buried pipe etc.,which have a wide distribution,and are not visible.So,the management and maintenance work of underground power cable is difficult.In the daily maintenance and repair work,the existing production management system and GIS data can only provide approximate data,therefore limited.Production management system and GIS system at the scene of the lack of accurate geospatial data display function,and the corresponding system,invisible underground power equipment assets,statistics and distribution and unclear of the geographical spatial data are the difficulty of shift power underground assets operation maintenance work,A new mode of operations has become the urgent demand of power department.This paper carried out in-depth analysis of the status of operation of power cable and ancillary facilities maintenance,and quantitative analyze the problems,which results in the necessity of the intelligent operation and maintenance of electric underground cables and ancillary facilities.Aiming at the existing problems of underground power cable operation and maintenance,through the research on the key technology of the underground power cable operation and maintenance,the holographic modeling technology of underground power cableshas be proposed.Developing a cable visualizationand auxiliary decision-making module to realize holographic data spatialization,graphical andbusiness visual management.Developing a multi-source heterogeneous data integration background frame can to integratethe historical fault information,equipment defects and daily force data.and by using the AHP analytic hierarchy process to evaluate the health status of the cable,combined with the situation of the construction of electric power cable,creating "one map" of the temporal and spatial distribution of underground cables running state.,targeted to push science,intelligent operation strategy for different monitoring status of cables,,help users to complete the grade control of the cable,combined with radio frequency identification technology(RFID),GIS,APP technology,to realize the precise positioning of cable,and comprehensively improve the informationization,visualization and intelligence level of underground power operations.,It plays an important role in enhancing city cable operation level,reducing failure rate,and improving the level of safe operation of city power grid.
