At present,Maoming Power Supply Bureau has built a dispatching automation system with EMS as the core to realize the collection and display of real-time operation information of regional power grid.At the same time,the mode specialty is equipped with off-line simulation software BPA of Electric Power Research Institute,which is used to assist in operation mode arrangement and verification,identification of potential risks,etc.However,due to the rapid change of power grid state,the operation mode personnel are in the process.The arrangement and verification can only be based on the typical or historical operation mode,but not the real-time quasi real-time grid operation data.The analysis results are quite different from the actual situation,so a lot of work of operation mode personnel must still rely on manual participation,lack of corresponding support system.Based on the existing system,data and OMS system hardware of Maoming Power Supply Bureau,according to the working characteristics and business requirements of power grid operation mode,this paper focuses on the construction scheme of power system operation mode collaboration and calculation analysis system with strong practicability,and determines the processing flow,data structure and interface design of the whole system.Aiming at the low efficiency and error prone pain point of the operation risk of the artificial computing system,the risk intelligent identification method based on the network topology and psd-bpa analysis is studied.Through the static safety analysis method of design and standby automatic switching,output the number of voltage loss substations,load loss,number of users loss and other hazard values to achieve risk identification and risk assessment,greatly reducing the workload of operation mode management.Intelligent arrangement of maintenance plan is the core of the whole system.Therefore,combined with the process of daily work carried out by managers,this paper studies the method and process design of intelligent arrangement of maintenance plan,which uses constraints such as non same stop,time equipment constraint,mutual exclusion,comprehensive maintenance plan and so on.The intelligent arrangement of maintenance plan is to use BPA to cut off and calculate the power flow of maintenance plan,and finally output whether there is overload information,the level of accident and event that may be caused by maintenance mode,the loss load caused and the number of users lost.Through a group of simulation data to verify the planning results and risk assessment results,it is proved that the system improves the ability of power grid operation control departments andpersonnel to discover and pre control potential power grid risks in the future,reduces the probability of risk conversion into power grid accidents,reduces the number of repeated power outages,eliminates potential power grid risks from the source,and greatly improves work efficiency.
