In recent years,with the rapid development of railway,especially high-speed railway has become a "national name card",railway electric equipment has ushered in a great development.10 kV power line plays an important role as the only way to transmit electric energy for important loads along the railway.Due to the reliability,aesthetic and environment-friendly operation of power cables,the usage of both old lines and new lines is increasing year by year,and most of the high-speed railway power lines are cable lines.Therefore,whether 10 kV power cable operation is safe and reliable is related to the safety of railway driving and transportation.Research on improving the operation reliability of railway 10 kV power cable is very necessary for railway power supply system,and is of great significance for power cable fault analysis and high quality operation and maintenance.According to the operation status and demand of 10 kV cable,this paper studies the fault location method,operation and maintenance method and preventive demonstration method of the cable.The specific contents are as follows:According to the typical fault characteristics of 10 kV railway power cable,the Crow-AMSAA cable fault prediction model is improved.The fault types and causes of typical 10 kV cables are analyzed statistically,and the statistical characteristics of cable faults are obtained.The cable fault location method and fault location method are compared,which provides a basis for the maintenance strategy of 10 kV cables.The preventive test method of 10 kV cable is proposed.This paper compares the effectiveness of power failure test methods such as insulation resistance test and voltage resistance test,as well as the effectiveness of on-line detection methods such as infrared detection and partial discharge detection and on-line monitoring methods such as DC component method and superposition method,analyzes the applicability of various methods,and puts forward the feasibility of preventive test of railway power cable at the present stage.The "offline + online" detection method and operation and maintenance test method suitable for 10 kV railway power cable are put forward.The comprehensive oscillatory wave local discharge detection technology,fluorescence optical fiber online temperature measurement technology,online fault warning and accurate positioning technology based on traveling wave two-terminal ranging are verified by field application.Improved the timeliness of 10 kV hidden danger detection.There are 64 figures,8 tables and 56 references.
