When the concept of green building was first proposed in our country in 2005,green building specifications,design and evaluation criterion,action plan and a series of laws and regulations system are being gradually improved.Under the government's strong support,researches on green technology,materials,equipment and so on,have achieved fruitful results.Related research report pointed out that at present,from the type,the quantity to the advanced level,China's green technology has owed almost no gap with developed countries.However,neither the amount of green building base,nor the green development consciousness and initiative,by contrast,have not formed the ideal size.The current construction market does not yet have the environmental conditions under which all the buildings comprehensively implement green building standards,but the usage of part of green technology shows that current architects are gradually highlighting the characteristics of green,energy-saving and environmental protection.Then,facing the situation that green technology in the construction industry upstream is not fully used,and market in the downstream has recessive vacancy on innovation application,the design part,who play important role on technical achievements transformation,often failed to take the initiative to green technology integration application design,and were lack of adoption intention on green technology in the design work.Based on this,the paper will study on the external factors affecting the design part's adoption intention on green technology,to find the relationship effect mechanism and provide countermeasures for promoting green technology application and green building development.Based on literature research,the paper introduced Technology Acceptance Model as the basic model,and taking account of the collaborative environment constructed by the owner,the design part,contractor,material and equipments supplier and such participants on,it selected the collaborative innovation theory angle of view to build a relationship model between external factors under three dimensions of collaborative bodies,resource and mechanism,and green technology adaptation intention of the design party.By using of online questionnaire and on-the-spot investigation method,the paper got 198 valid questionnaires from Beijing,Tianjin,Henan,Chongqing and other regions.The structural equation analysis method was used for empirical testing.This study found that under the dimension of collaborative bodies,employee innovative not only directly affects green technology adaptation intention of design party,but also affects it through the indirect role of perceived usefulness in TAM model.Organizational support has a significant positive effect on perceived ease of use.Under the dimension of collaborative resource,product modularity positively affects perceived ease of usage.Under the dimension of collaborative mechanism,relationship quality positively affects perceived ease of usage and adoption intention,and negatively affects perceived risk.Task-organization match has no significant negative impact on the perceived risk.Compared with previous studies on green technology in building field that usually focus on analysis of application status,the paper,with the aid of TAM model and collaborative innovation theory,studied one management issue about technology.It is an application test of TAM in another innovation field,as well as a try to provide enlightenment for the follow-up study on how to better promote the application of green technology in the green building development.
